- Only willing to approve RTO for 1 of 3 Major Holidays<br>
- Asante will consider longer contracts through the Holidays if the traveler is interested.<br>
- Compliance due 2 week prior to start date.<br>

- 12/2 start<br>
- 40hrs<br>
- 13 weeks<br>
- Orientation on Mondays<br>
- depending on the individual we generally do 1 week orientation with a staff member as a traveler.<br>

<strong><u>Unit Details:</u></strong><br>
- preferred CCM or ACM<br>
- Experience required: 2-3 years’ experience Discharge Planning and Utilization Review<br>
- Perform discharge planning for patient to the next level of care and criteria review for admit<br>
- Floating? Resource Management covers all med/surg units alone with critical care and ED<br>
- Shift: Shift is 5x8's for 40 hours GTD<br>
- Will work weekends as needed.<br>
- Beds: 30-40 beds per unit<br>
- Business casual or scrubs. No tattoos above shoulders can be shown, and only facial piercings allowed is nose stud. Natural hair color only (no green/purple/blue etc)<br>
- EPIC experience preferred<br>
