Facility Details:

- Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed 
- Travelers must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered 
- Methodist requires that every clinician be vaccinated against COVID-19 to work at the facility, and requires proof of vaccination for submittal. Methodist has advised it cannot reasonably accommodate religious or medical exemptions at this time. Please provide a copy of the clinician’s proof of vaccination with the submittal packet. 
- Should your traveler be previously employed by the facility, please reach out to the AM to ensure they are eligible for rehire 
- RNs can be floated between like units and campuses within 20 miles of each other, however, floating between campuses (unless specifically stated in posting) will be rare. 
- During end of the year holidays: if Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years fall during assignment, traveler must be willing to work 2 of the 3 holidays. If 2 holidays fall during assignment, traveler must be willing to work at least 1 of the 2.
