  • IN or Compact License required<br>
  • ALL LOA must be upfront<br>
  • Include the last time RN administered chemo or infusion (i.e. last week, a year ago)<br>
  • DIRECT CLIENT!<br> <br>

  • COVID VACCINE REQUIRED – exemptions accepted<br>
  • Parking Information: You can park anywhere, and more details can be provided upon arrival<br> <br>

<strong><u>Orientation:</u></strong><br>

  • Start asap<br>
  • 40hrs, 13wks<br>
  • Orientation on Mondays<br> <br>

<strong><u>Unit Details:</u></strong><br>

  • BLS, ACLS, ONS Required (ONS obtain prior to start is ok)<br>
  • Oncology Experience is required. Prefer experience in Ambulatory Care Nursing.<br>
  • Critical thinking skills needed<br>
  • Ratios: 1: 3 Infusion/Injection.<br>
  • Will work 4 x 10hrs (5x8s is not available at this time)<br>
  • Shifts can start at 8am or 8:30am depending on pt needs.<br>
  • No call required<br>
  • Scrubs are not provided. Black color is needed<br> - EMR: Paragon
Qualifications:

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

  • 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
  • Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
  • An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
