Unit Description: OR-RN MUST Scrub and circulate in varying specialties.  STs will perform scrub role assignments.  General Surgeries, GYN, Ortho (Mako Robot), Neuro, Robotics (Intuitive) Pediatrics, Urology, Plastics, ENT, Vascular-Hybrid room.  (RNs do not perform conscious sedation cases), Spine, Podiatry, Thoracic, GI Endoscopy.  We are a trauma center peforming numerous Ortho/neuro/Gen/Gyn/vascular cases. Run 6 rooms on weekdays and 4/3 Sat/Sun respectively (Urgent and emergent cases).  Must have knowledge of basic OR equipment, standards and techniques.   BrainLab and Provation is preferable.  Peds ENT and Urology cases are all Ambulatory Surg.  RN only circulate, no scrub needed. Provation experience preferred.
