SIMPLIFI (MSP) CLINICAL INTERVIEWING<br>
- Beds: 82 bed Level 2 Trauma Center with 16 PICU beds that are interchangeable between MedSurg and PICU<br>
- Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes with at least 2-year experience<br>
- Skills required: ability to pass Traveler Tele Comp, strong assessment skills, quick learner, critical thinker, have good time management, be engaging; knowledgeable on: aseptic and sterile techniques, basic dressing changes, ventilator and trach management, suctioning, g-tube/j-tube management, feeding tubes, chest tubes, epidurals, PCAs, drip management, Foley insertion and management, discharge skills, CRRT experience with Prismax preferred Floating: MedSurg, NICU (low acuity), or as helping hands in the ED<br>
- Patient Types: Respiratory patients (high flow, CPAP, BiPAP), trachs, chemo, RSV, asthma, Covid; Medical: MIS-C, new onset diabetes with insulin drips, chronically ill, oncology; Trauma (falls, MVAs, etc.); Surgical – appys, g-tubes, ENT, fresh trachs, bowel obstructions, broken bones, VP shunts, cardiac, neuro; NO solid organ transplant, major burns, stem cell transplant; bad facial wounds, eye injuries or penetrating trauma will go to Level 1 Trauma Center- Harborview; Non – Cardiac ECMO (ECMO specialist will deal with the ECMO machine), CRRT<br>
- Holiday Expectations: 1-2 Holidays<br>
- Charting System & Equipment: EPIC, Alaris (IV Pumps), Pyxis (medication dispensing)<br>
- Scrub Color: any, no hooded shirts and long sleeves must be able to be pulled up above the elbow; during football season: Friday is spirit day (able to wear appropriate team attire)<br>
